Return & Refund Policy
We’re committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Our policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines your rights and our procedures.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:
- Has a major fault or defect
- Is not as described
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Is unsafe
If your product meets any of the above conditions, please email us at contact@cardstorage.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or defective items.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for change-of-mind returns, provided the item:
- Is unused and in original condition
- Includes original packaging
A $25AUD return shipping fee and $10AUD processing and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, email contact@cardstorage.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and a return label.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged items (unless faulty) cannot be returned. Please ensure your item is unused and in resalable condition before initiating a return.
How to Return
- Email contact@cardstorage.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund (minus applicable fees) within 5–10 business days.
